What is this new project?

Nate Nathan’s Sound temple is a physical building that houses my creative works as well as prayer, worship, and musical workshops. Inspired by some aspects of the Cathedrals, this location is a neutral ground for Christian fellowship as well as my artistic visions. For quite some time I have desired to take all the things that I do beyond the digital platforms and merge them as one at a physical location. In 2022 I spent quite a bit of time virtually building a Cathedral called “Nate Nathan’s Sound Temple” and performing my music to other VR users once a week. In this virtual space I also spent time with singers where we worked on improving our voices and techniques. Working with that prototype was very fulfilling and inspired me to bring it’s essence to the physical world.

WHAT CAn ONE EXPECT TO EXPERIENCE HERE?

• Vocal Workshops

• Classical Tuesdays(Community listening to good music)

• Intimate and Ambient Performances(Weekly ambient sound journeys)

• Christ Centered Prayer Meetings

• Live production(This will now be the location where I create my future records)

• Once a month Presentations from other creatives.

  How does the space support itself?

  The location uses a subscription model. Through the website patreon, members of the location pay $20 a month and have access to various activities taking place here. Prayer Meetings and Classical Tuesdays are free to the public as well as open hours where you are more than welcome to watch me in the creative process. The monthly subscription really keeps the lights on and allows me to put the majority of my time into creating rich experiences for everyone.
